This tour combines a guided walking tour of Verona, Italy in the morning with an afternoon in the famous Valpolicella wine region. With lunch taken at a local restaurant that boasts delicious cuisine and incredible views, a very special day awaits you.

On a two and a half hour walking tour of Verona, you’ll quickly understand that this city is much more than the famous Roman amphitheatre and the ill-fated love affair of Romeo and Juliet.
Starting with the Romans conquering Verona, and ending with its contemporary history, the different ages of the city are visible through all the various monuments scattered around its historical centre.
After a fascinating walking tour around the city of Verona, we'll drive up into the nearby hills to explore the delightful countryside of the Valpolicella wine region.
Driving along scenic back-roads we’ll visit enchanting places; small villages with postcard views of the surrounding terraced slopes, mountains and distant views of Lake Garda.
Lunch can be taken at a restaurant high up in the hills, famous for its cuisine that includes home-made pasta, and its incredible views of the surrounding hills covered in vines
To celebrate our day in true style, we’ll visit an evocative and historical winery, where you can taste the different local wines, including the famous Amarone.
